My work is founded upon compassion and understanding.  I don't believe in a cookie-cutter approach to counseling, rather I take an intersectional approach in order to better understand how your history, experiences and perspectives have shaped who you are today. I use a collaborative, holistic, and trauma-informed approach that is founded in multiple models of care such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy, and DBT Skills among others. I provide thoughtful and empathetic feedback in order to help you work towards your goals.
