For over 15 years I have been providing individual psychotherapy to people struggling with the lingering effects of trauma. In most cases, people are unaware of how much unresolved trauma can impact their lives, relationships, and decisions. It can result in uncomfortable symptoms such as panic, phobias, avoidance, nightmares and more. 

Together we can find a path through these distressing symptoms by addressing them using self-compassion, mindfulness along with practical skills that can help you feel more in control and more effective in your own life.
